避免曝曬：治療前4週避免在陽光下曝曬。

避免刺激性成分：治療前7天內不應使用含酒精、美白或果酸成分的產品，亦不應使用磨砂去角質用品。

停用特定藥物：避免服用或塗抹含維他命A酸的口服藥物或藥膏。

告知特殊情況：孕婦、哺乳期婦女，以及有高血壓、心臟病、糖尿病、肝腎疾病、牛皮癬、皮膚發炎、玫瑰痤瘡、濕疹者不適合接受本療程。長期服用消炎藥或抗生素者亦不適合。

其他注意事項：療程前至少14天內避免進行高能量美容療程。

避免觸摸、搔抓或用力按摩治療區域：以免引起感染或影響癒合。

避免高溫環境：治療後24-48小時內應避免熱水澡、桑拿、蒸氣浴、劇烈運動等，以減少紅腫和炎症。
